Corporate Governance

We integrate our sustainability strategy closely with business operations, utilizing a scientific and transparent management system to guide and enhance the overall advancement of corporate sustainability management. 


The Company has established the Imeik Sustainability Management Regulations, continuing the three-tier governance structure with the Board of Directors as the decision-making body; the Social Responsibility and Compliance Team as the evaluation and oversight body; and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management Committee as the management and coordination body.

    Decision-Making Body

    Responsible for substantive decision-making, coordination, and supervision of the company's sustainable development matters.

  • Social Responsibility and Compliance Team

    Evaluation and Oversight Body

    Established by the Board of Directors, with the Board Secretary serving as Team Leader.

    Responsible for researching and formulating corporate sustainability strategies and policies; Supervising, inspecting, evaluating, managing, and advising on sustainability management; Reviewing performance on sustainability topics; Reporting sustainability management status to the Board of Directors while being accountable to the Board.
  • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management Committee

    Management and Coordination Body

    Headed by the Executive Office, with primary responsible persons from each department serving as Committee Members.

    Coordinating with internal personnel across departments; Assessing sustainability-related impacts/risks/opportunities;Implementing governance/control measures/procedures — including establishing sound sustainability management and compliance systems, executing sustainability strategies/objectives, and preparing annual sustainability reports and other disclosures.
