Since 2022, China’s population has entered a negative growth phase amid intensifying demographic challenges. Addressing declining birth rates requires collaborative efforts to build fertility support systems and a childbearing-friendly society. Women—the primary childbearing group—often face multifaceted constraints. Against this backdrop, we partnered with the China Population Welfare Foundation (CPWF) to launch the "BloomMom" initiative. Targeting women currently or soon-to-be raising infants, the program provides integrated online/offline support through funded research, tailored courses, psychological counseling, skills training, and aesthetic education. This empowers beneficiaries and advances a childbearing-inclusive society.
Leveraging our HR expertise, we continuously run the "Career Talk" initiative to help graduates and professionals navigate career transitions. By addressing critical job-seeking challenges, we deliver market-aligned courses on industry/company selection, interview techniques, résumé writing, and professional mindset development. Bridging job seekers’ perspectives with recruiters’ insights, we offer authentic guidance to ease students’ transition into the workforce.
In July 2021, catastrophic rainfall triggered severe flooding in Zhengzhou and surrounding communities, compounding economic losses with pandemic resurgence. Post-disaster recovery—including epidemic control and livelihood restoration—faced immense pressure. Responding urgently, we donated RMB 5 million through the China Social Welfare Foundation (CSWF) to support community reconstruction, aid for vulnerable groups, post-traumatic psychological support, and frontline medical services. This commitment helped affected communities regain health, confidence, and dignity.
