On December 6, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) officially released the List of Newly Designated National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises for 2023. Imeik Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Imeik”) was successfully included in the list.

This designation follows the requirements of the Notice from the Office of CNIPA on the Implementation of the 2023 National Intellectual Property Power Construction Demonstration Work (Document No. [2023] 572). Enterprises were selected through a comprehensive process involving self-evaluation, third-party assessments, recommendations by local intellectual property administrations, and final review and public disclosure by CNIPA. Evaluation criteria focused on a company’s performance in IP creation, application, protection, and management.

Previously recognized as a “Beijing Intellectual Property Demonstration Unit” by the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, Imeik’s elevation to a “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” demonstrates the CNIPA’s strong recognition of the company’s achievements in intellectual property development and management.
