Crackdown on Fake Hearty Series
On March 2, 2023, the legal team of Imeik Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereafter "Imeik") visited Nantong and Rugao Public Security Bureaus. Both sides discussed deepening police-enterprise cooperation to combat counterfeit medical aesthetics products and uphold industry integrity. The bureaus recently solved multiple criminal cases involving fake Hearty products. Imeik expressed gratitude and participated in the bureaus’ “Police-Enterprise Cooperation Forum” and “Case Experience Exchange Meeting”.

At the Nantong forum, parties agreed that counterfeit products severely harm public interests. Close collaboration is essential to leverage respective strengths in combating criminals. Guo Yujia, Deputy Director of Nantong PSB, announced that the August 2022 crackdown on fake Hearty had earned Ministry commendation, praising Imeik’s anti-counterfeiting efforts.
In Rugao, Imeik and police reviewed major 2022 cases, sharing strategies to strengthen cooperation against fake Hearty and Hearty Panda. Chen Gang, Director of Rugao PSB, commended Imeik’s proactive evidence provision and operational support.
Case Review
In June 2022, Imeik identified illegal online sales of suspected counterfeit Hearty products and reported to Rugao PSB. After two months of evidence collection, market analysis, and field investigations, police pinpointed production sites and distribution networks across Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Hunan provinces.
In August 2022, coordinated raids dismantled eight criminal hubs, arrested over ten suspects, and seized hundreds of counterfeit items valued at over RMB40 million.
Rugao PSB swiftly acted on Imeik’s tip, deploying elite forces and big-data analysis to track all criminal nodes. Imeik assisted with technical identification and evidence verification, enabling complete dismantling of the counterfeit network.
